Our goal as a property management company is to make your investment truly passive. We can handle everything from screening tenants, rent collection, maintenance, rehabs, service calls, landlord forms, section 8 inspections, lawn care, evictions, and anything else that may come up. Each month we send you an income and expense statement along with the proceeds. You just sit back and relax, and we’ll handle the rest!
